That’s why Let’s Get Care has partnered with Plena Healthcare to introduce ‘Get Moving’.
‘Get Moving’ is designed to help you take a proactive approach to your health, mobility and everyday independence. It supports your physical wellbeing, movement, and confidence – so you can continue living well and doing the things that matter most to you.
What is ‘Get Moving’?
Get Moving is an early‑intervention service that helps identify your mobility needs before they become bigger challenges.
Noticing aches, stiffness or daily tasks becoming harder? Get Moving helps identify early changes in mobility, strength or balance, so we can take proactive steps to support your independence and help you live well at home before they become bigger problems.
It focuses on supporting:
- Strength, balance, and mobility
- Confidence and independence at home
- Active and healthy ageing
- Preventing decline through early support
Noticing changes in your strength, balance and mobility early helps prevent bigger problems and helps keep you active and independent for longer.
Get Moving happens in three simple steps
Step 1
Your Mobility Coach takes time to understand you and your current mobility and wellbeing. A mobility assessment will be delivered via phone by an experienced Plena Healthcare professional for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Together, you set meaningful goals to help you stay active and independent.
Step 3
You receive a personalised plan designed around your needs and abilities.
If further support is recommended, services can be delivered in your home by Plena’s allied health team.
What does it cost?
Get Moving is charged at the same hourly rate as a standard Allied Health consultation. If you have available funds in your Support at Home package, you can use these to cover the cost. In this case, the service charge to your package will be $209.
If you prefer to pay privately, the program is available at a discounted rate of $196 per hour.
Any ongoing Allied Health services you choose to continue with after the program will be charged at the standard rate of the provider delivering those services.

Our speech pathologists specialise in assessment, treatment and management of communication and swallowing difficulties. More specifically, our team has extensive experience in treating speech difficulties (dyspraxia or dysarthria), swallowing difficulties (dysphagia), language or communication difficulties (aphasia), and voice difficulties (dysphonia).
