Your OT Role
As a Plena OT, you’ll work across diverse settings – from private homes and retirement villages to residential aged care facilities. Support clients of all ages, with a focus on older adults, helping them achieve meaningful goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Support clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, balance, behavioural, and cardiopulmonary needs
- Implement home modifi cations and prescribe equipment or assistive technology (AT)
- Navigate funding options: private, home care packages/Support at Home, CHSP, CDM, Short Term Restorative Care, Lifetime Care and Support
