Meet the Plena Healthcare Executive Leadership Team

Graeme is the CEO of Plena Healthcare, a role he commenced in 2024. He has held several leadership positions, including Executive General Manager, GM of Allied Health, and National PT/OT Manager. Graeme joined Plena through the acquisition of WorkXtra Group, where he worked for six years as as State Manager Victoria and National Clinical operations Manager. Graeme began his career as a Physiotherapist in various private practice roles. He hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Manchester Metropolitan University.

Chris is the CFO of Plena Healthcare. He previously worked as General Manager of Commercial Finance, FP&A and Analytics at Zenitas Healthcare. He began his career in consulting and held several leadership positions. Chris has worked within the financial technology, mining and waste management industries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.

Holly joined Plena Healthcare in 2021 and holds her role as the Executive General Manager Operations since September 2024. Holly has previously worked as a Corporate Analyst and possesses over eight years Accounting experience. She holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Adelaide.

Shehan is the Executive General Manager Allied Health at Plena Healthcare, a role he commenced in 2024. He previously held the leadership position of National PT/OT Manager and State Manager in Victoria and Tasmania. Shehan has worked with Plena Healthcare (previously known as Transform Physio) for 12 years since he began his career as an Operations Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne.

Jason is the Executive General Manager Customer Growth & Strategy at Plena Healthcare, a role he commenced in 2025. He previously held the leadership position of National Business Development Manager - Community.

Having dedicated the majority of my career to aged care, I find immense fulfillment in collaborating with our experienced team, both in residential aged care and the community, who share the same unwavering commitment to enhancing lives through nutrition. Plena Healthcare Dietetics enables us to establish and maintain robust nutrition systems, ensuring nourishing and enjoyable meals for those in our care.

I am proud and passionate about delivering positive outcomes for my clients through genuine care and advocacy. As a committed member of Plena, I strive to inspire and lead our sectors through innovative care delivery tailored to my clients' needs.

I am a podiatrist, an educator, and an advocate for healthcare. Aged Care Allied Health is my passion, and I am a strong proponent for Podiatry being part of the multi-disciplinary medical team for every older Australian living in Residential Care

I have worked majority of my career as a Speech Pathologist in the aged care sector and I am incredibly passionate about improving the lives of older Australians in our community. We're in a great time of change. I'm proud that Plena Healthcare is at the forefront of supporting this positive growth in allied health, both in the aged care and disability sectors.
